1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

Digital downloads or gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Personalized or custom-made products
3. Return Process

We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@senpai.kz within 14 days with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
